    SCREEN PRINTING ARTWORK AND EMBROIDERY DIGITIZATION POLICY

    We specialize in custom imprinting for our clients. Your custom artwork belongs to your order. We do not allow others to print or reproduce your designs without your permission.

    If we have created custom artwork for your particular imprinting needs, you have paid for our time to do this, but not for the original artwork itself. If you wish to use a custom design that Abaco T-Shirt and Design Ltd. has created for your promotional material, please contact us and ask with specific file format requests.  We keep our artwork fees to a minimum because we design for our imprinting and embroidery speciaIlties—even though we produce quality design work, we are not charging graphic design firm prices. We print promotional materials and don't believe we need to charge you excessively for this process. However, if you would like the rights to the artwork we have created, we can work together to negotiate a release fee.

    Unless otherwise arranged prior to production, all artwork created by Abaco T-Shirt and Design Ltd. for your order remains the property of Abaco T-Shirt and Design Ltd. and will be maintained at our facility for our exclusive usage in executing your orders. Because our policy is to render art services for production orders solely on a cost-recovery basis, any transfer to the client of rights to creative works and materials prepared or contracted by our personnel is subject to reasonable release fees, commensurate with the creative services rendered and at a value as determined solely by us.

SCREENPRINTING CHARGES
Art charges $50 first hour or $30 per hour for 2 or more hours.
Screens $22 per screen. One time only charge ie. Any reprints have no screen charges.
Printed Shirts start at $6.75 for white heavy-weight single colour/single side.

EMBROIDERY CHARGES
Stitch charges $5 first 6,000 stitches.
$0.50 per extra 1,000 stitches.
$1.25 additional placement up to 2,500 stitches.
Digitizing $8.05 per 1,000 stitches.
Minimum $28.75 per set up/edit.
Art charges $50 first hour or $30 per hour for 2 or more hours.
Total price is dependent on design size and complexity which determines stitch count.
