SCREEN-PRINTING is the process of pulling ink through an image burned screen onto T-shirts and other garments. It all starts with a design or concept brought to us by our clients. Once the design is finalized it is separated into its component colours - each colour has its own screen. The film positives are literally burnt onto a screen coated with photo-sensitive emulsion which allows ink to flow through the screen and onto the shirt when printing. After curing in a high temperature oven the shirts are ready to be boxed and shipped wherever you require.
